Price of Mesh Cable Tray Support

Mesh cable tray installation typically ranges from $5 to $30 per meter, depending on material, size, and installation complexity.

Material Costs

Wire Mesh Trays: These are the most affordable type of cable tray, ideal for lightweight wiring in offices or data centers. Prices generally range from $2 to $25 per meter, depending on material and finish. Steel Trays: Hot-dip galvanized steel is common, balancing durability and cost, typically $5–$25 per meter.

Aluminum Trays: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for outdoor or industrial environments, costing $6–$30 per meter.

FR

P (Fiberglass) Trays: High corrosion resistance, often used in chemical plants or offshore installations, priced $10–$50 per meter.

Installation Costs

Installation costs vary based on tray type, size, height, and complexity. Wire mesh trays are easier to handle and install, reducing labor costs compared to ladder or solid-bottom trays. Additional costs include supports, brackets, connectors, and couplers, which can add $16–$30 per piece depending on tray height and size.

Labor rates differ by region and project conditions, including accessibility and mounting height, which can significantly affect the total installation cost.

Saving Tips

Bulk Orders: Ordering in large quantities can reduce material costs by 20–40%. Material Choice: For non-heavy-duty applications, wire mesh trays are cheaper than ladder trays and can save 15% or more. Local Sourcing: Importing trays or sourcing locally can impact costs by 30–50%, depending on supplier and shipping.
