Fireproof cable tray manufacturers price quotes

Fireproof cable tray prices vary widely depending on material, fire rating, size, and manufacturer, typically ranging from $20 to $200 per meter for standard options.

Price Ranges and Factors

Fireproof or fire-rated cable trays are available in materials such as stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and powder-coated options, each affecting cost. Typical price ranges include: Fiberglass/FRP trays: $20–$60 per meter, often used for corrosion resistance and moderate fire protection. Galvanized steel or aluminum trays: $50–$120 per meter, offering higher mechanical strength and fire resistance.

Stainless steel trays: $100–$200 per meter, suitable for high-temperature environments and critical infrastructure. Additional factors influencing pricing include tray width, depth, perforation type, fire rating (30, 60, 90, 120 minutes), and customization. For example, trays with intumescent coatings or specialized firestop features may cost more due to enhanced fire protection.

Supplier Considerations

Manufacturers often provide custom quotes based on project requirements, including length, load capacity, and installation environment. Some suppliers, like NewReach and ApexTray, emphasize compliance with fire safety standards, UL or EN certifications, and technical support, which can affect pricing.

MO

Q (Minimum Order Quantity): Some suppliers require bulk orders, which can reduce per-meter cost. Installation accessories: Brackets, supports, and firestop components may be included or quoted separately. Shipping and import costs: International suppliers may add freight charges, affecting the final price.

Recommendations

Request multiple quotes from verified suppliers to compare pricing and certifications. Specify fire rating and material to ensure compliance with local building codes. Consider long-term durability and maintenance costs, as higher-quality trays may reduce replacement and repair expenses.

Check for technical support and installation guidance, as proper installation is critical for fire-rated performance. By considering these factors, you can obtain accurate manufacturer quotes and select the most cost-effective and compliant fireproof cable tray solution for your project.
