Complete list of cable tray bends

Cable tray bends include horizontal elbows, vertical elbows, tees, crosses, offsets, and reducers, covering all directional changes in cable routing.

Horizontal Bends

Horizontal 45° Elbow: Changes cable direction by 45° in the horizontal plane. Horizontal 90° Elbow: Changes cable direction by 90° horizontally. Horizontal Tee: Splits the cable path into two horizontal directions.

Horizontal Cross: Allows cables to branch in four horizontal directions.

Vertical Bends

Vertical Inside Elbow: Changes cable direction upward or downward inside a corner. Vertical Outside Elbow: Changes cable direction upward or downward outside a corner. Vertical Tee: Splits the cable path vertically to feed multiple levels.

Vertical Cross: Provides vertical branching in multiple directions.

Offsets and Reducers

Offset Bend: Shifts the cable tray laterally to avoid obstacles while maintaining alignment. Reducer: Connects trays of different widths, allowing smooth transition between sizes.

Special Fittings

Radius Bends: Designed to maintain minimum bend radius for sensitive cables, preventing damage. Custom Angled Bends: Available for non-standard angles or complex routing requirements. Notes on ApplicationBends are available for all cable tray types: ladder, perforated, solid bottom, basket, and channel trays.

Material selection (aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, FRP) depends on environmental conditions and load requirements. Proper selection ensures mechanical support, strain relief, and compliance with standards like IEC 61537. This list covers the full range of standard cable tray bends used in electrical and data cabling installations, ensuring flexibility in routing while maintaining cable integrity and safety.
